We took our quick lube and redesigned it from the ground up after analyzing customer input. You spoke and we listened. Here is what we learned:
Make it quicker - We purchased special equipment and hired personnel that will only handle the Express Lane oil changes. We also devised a system that will have you driving away in less than 30 minutes from the time you walk in our door and in many cases 20 minutes!
Make it so I can stop in when it's convenient - We will not
schedule appointments for the Express Lane so you will be able to stop in at
times that fit your schedule!
Keep the price low - We will not charge any additional cost
for the Express Lane. In fact we have gone to every effort to keep the price as
low as possible. The oil change price will still be $19.95 for up to 5 quarts
of semi-synthetic oil and new oil filter.
Make sure my car is safe to drive - We will check a few items that are often forgotten but could cause safety concerns or leave you and your vehicle stranded like the wiper blades, battery and air filter. If any of these items need to be replaced we will not charge labor and have gone to great extremes to obtain quality parts at the lowest possible price for our customers.
Inform us of only necessary maintenance - We will perform a multipoint inspection at no cost and never pressure you to get extra repairs completed! We will only advise you as if it was our family's vehicle.
Keep the same friendly service that we're accustomed to - Our goal is to make sure every customer that uses the Express Lane walks away with not only a great deal but is so impressed they tell their friends. We want this to be the standard for our entire service business and a way of letting our customers know how much we truly appreciate them!
