Announcing leadership changes at Bergey's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
Souderton, PA - After serving Bergey's for 45 years, Robert M. Yothers will be transitioning into a part time role at the end of the month. Most recently, Bob has served as the General Manager for our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. Throughout his years in this role, Bob and his team have successfully grown the dealership with an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. They have received the Customer First Award for Excellence every year since it's inception and the Walter P. Chrysler Club Award for the last 3 years, which recognizes a select group of best-in-class dealers across the country. Bob will continue to work for Bergey's part time in Corporate Services. He will utilize his extensive knowledge in real estate, facilities and dealer operations to support our commercial real estate portfolio.
Richard S. Alderfer will become the General Manager on April 1, 2019. Rick has been part of our team for 38 years, currently serving as the General Sales Manager of Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. In this role he utilized his gifts of superior customer relations and pre-owned vehicle acquisitions to grow sales. Rick will work closely with the team to continue to deliver strong results for the dealership.
Ben B. Yothers will take on the role of General Sales Manager as Rick transitions to General Manager. He has served Bergey's for 16 years, most recently as the New Car Sales Manager. Ben is a graduate of Chrysler's Future Dealer Development Program taught jointly with the NADA Dealer Academy. He will work closely with Rick and the team to deliver strong results in vehicle sales.Â
